What payment methods does Moshi accept?
Moshi accepts credit card payments for users who have American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. At this point, alternate modes of payment such as PayPal and Cash on Delivery are not yet honored. Your billing information will be needed after you checkout with the item you desire to purchase. Your billing address and shipping preference will also be needed.
Does Moshi offer warranty on its products?
Moshi provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the following items: Moshi Bags, Protectors, Cleaners, Cases and Connect Cables/Adapters. The warranty does not include damages due to improper installation, abuse, accidents or improper handling. It also does not cover damages due to “wear and tear.”
Moshi also has a Two-year Limited Warranty on Audio items and Electronic Peripherals. They guarantee that all Audio products and electronic accessories are bereft of physical defects in material as well as in workmanship. This covers a period of 2 years from the purchase date.
Does Moshi ship internationally?
At this point, the Moshi site only delivers within the United States and in Canada.
Does Moshi provide an option to customers who want to go to a physical store?
Yes, Moshi provides a list of national chains, online resellers, or authorized resellers in your location. Simply go to the bottom of the site page and click on the “where to buy” link under Customer Service. Detailed information will be provided, including the address, phone number and store name.
Is it possible to return the products I purchased for a refund?
If the product was purchased directly from the online store, please provide a copy of the Moshi Store receipt or order number. Get an RMA number from the online representative and ship the product in its original packaging afterwards. Once the product is inspected to be free of damage, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
If the item was purchased from other resellers, you need to return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
